A Judge in Contra Costa County Superior Court orders Borders McLaughlin to conduct Family Violence Risk Assessment in Family Law Case
IRVINE, Calif. (April 5th, 2010) – John McLaughlin, CEO of Borders McLaughlin, a firm specializing in evidence-based assessments in high-risk court cases, announced today that the firm was appointed as the court's expert under Evidence Code 730 in Contra Costa County. The firm was recognized by the court for their expertise in handling high-risk cases and appointed the Multi-Disciplinary Team at Borders McLaughlin as the court's expert.
