The Process
When submitting a resume for consideration we require the following:

4. A Photograph
This information is held in complete confidence and will be utilized in a manner perscribed by law and for the purpose of competing the hiring process with our firm.
Once all information is received, and if you are considered to be a top candidate, a Human Resources Specialist will contact you to set up an initial interview.
Due to the very nature of our firm, we required all candidates considered for a position to undergo an extensive background check. Although most things in your background will not disqualify you from a position, failure to disclose or untruthfulness is an absolute reason for disqualification.
